Over the last four years, Sean Jackson has been instrumental in leading and growing the Global Risk P&C Practice at
The IMA Financial Group, Inc. (IMA).
During his time leading the practice, Sean has engaged IMA in several large, multi-national P&C accounts, including two large heavy industrial manufacturers and one of the largest railroad maintenance contractors in the world. Recently, Sean has shared more of his time to specifically drive engagement of IMA’s international capabilities in the employee benefits space. In the last few months, this engagement has seen significant dividends including two large new-business wins; a business process outsourcing company with operations in six countries and a billing systems company with staff in 24 countries (with 1,400 and 9,000 employees based overseas respectively).
By winning these multinational accounts, IMA has realized that it can compete and take business away from the mega brokers. IMA is now in the large-account international employee benefits consulting space and is actively seeking out EB/P&C new business and cross-selling opportunities.
To best serve IMA’s growing international needs across both P&C and employee benefits, Sean’s leadership in providing risk management guidance to international P&C clients will now expand to include international employee benefits consulting. Sean will lead this evolved practice, now called IMA Global, as Managing Director. IMA Global will continue to serve international accounts and prospects across all IMA offices.
